The ANZSCTS Annual Scientific Meeting will be held from Thursday 7 November to Saturday 9 November 2024 at Sofitel Noosa, 14 – 16 Hastings Street, Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.

Please visit the registration desk located in the Lily Pond Terrace to collect your name badge.

The registration desk will be open at the following times:
Thursday 7 November: 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Friday 8 November: 6:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9 November: 6:30am – 4:30pm 

Your name badge is essential for entry into scientific sessions and the exhibition area. Please collect your name badge from the registration desk on arrival to the meeting.

The Speakers’ Support Centre is located in Laguna 3. It is essential that all speakers check-in at the Speakers’ Support Centre at your earliest convenience but no less than two (2) sessions prior to your presentation. 

Scientific posters will be displayed on the meeting website/app for delegate viewing before, during, and after the meeting. E-posters can be viewed in the Exhibition Area (Laguna 1) at the Venue. 

The Industry Exhibition will be held in Laguna 1 and Lily Pond Terrace at Sofitel Noosa.

All morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas (where applicable) will be served in the industry exhibition area in Laguna 1 and Lily Pond Terrace at Sofitel Noosa.

Please be advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced by RACS/ANZSCTS. If you do not wish to be included in a photograph, please advise the photographer.

Please note that Sofitel Noosa is responsible for all catering at the Meeting. RACS and ANZSCTS do not inspect or control food preparation areas or attempt to monitor ingredients used. You must contact Sofitel Nooser directly for all special dietary requirements during the event, irrespective of whether details have been provided to RACS and ANZSCTS.
 
 If RACS/ANZSCTS requests information about your dietary requirements for a specific event RACS/ANZSCTS will endeavour to forward the information provided to Sofitel Noose (time permitting). RACS/ANZSCTS will not retain information provided for future events, so you must verify your requirements for each event. Even if information is requested or provided, RACS/ANZSCTS takes no responsibility for ensuring that Sofitel Noosa acknowledges your dietary requirements or that these requirements can be met.
